A good round starts before the first tee. TeeTreff helps you propose a time, find playing partners and keep track of who is joining.
Plan a round ↗
Set out the essentials
Sign in to the web portal and choose Create a game. Enter the club, town, date and start time. Specify nine or eighteen holes and the total number of places. Use an unambiguous course name, especially at facilities with several layouts.
A short note can prevent confusion: when should everyone arrive, where will you meet, and which language or level of play suits the round? Only include information intended for the round’s audience. Avoid putting personal contact details in broadly visible notes.
Handle requests and available places
Other members can request a place where the round allows it. As organiser, check attendance and incoming requests in the portal. Look at the current status rather than treating an invitation as confirmed participation.
An invitation does not reserve a place in the existing game flow. Availability can change as other confirmations are processed. Before playing, confirm who is attending and communicate timing changes promptly.
Confirm the tee time with the club
TeeTreff coordinates your playing group. Arrange the actual tee-time reservation and green fee with the club or its booking system. Check handicap requirements, visitor rules and cancellation conditions directly with them.
Indicate whether the tee time is booked or still needs arranging. Before tee-off, agree on a meeting point and allow time to check in and warm up. During the round, use GPS and scoring in the iPhone app.
